What is the purpose of wearing the whole armor of God?
After putting on the whole armor of God, what are we supposed to do?
In the evil day, we need to be able to resist the devil and we cannot do that without the whole armor of God. Why?

Does this verse tell you to do all that YOU can do?
There is a very popular saying that is incorrectly attached to the verse in Ephesians 6:13. Many can be heard saying it as a reason for why they try to work things out for themselves. The saying is, “After you have done all you can, stand.”
Examining this verse from various translations, none of them say that you are to do all that YOU can do.
